The project is located in a new office tower, in the district of Guachipelin, province of San José, Costa Rica.
Computing is based on simplifying complex elements, in order to improve its functionality. At a spatial level Koko office space intends to continue with this logic, simplifying different spaces to generate greater efficiency.
The office is a high funcional work space designed in a new way of interaction between people. No reception front desk, just a recognition system to create digital interaction at the entrance. No fixed workstations but an everyday new seat for each of the integrant that allow flexibility and avoid routine habits. People sit by group of projects needs to interact in a more efficient way.
The two long metal tables contrast with two geometrical sofas to work in a more casual way to allow creativity.
The big movable stairs allow to carry all the office team to work, set a presentation of interact with the meeting room who can also close for private meetings.
All the office has been designed with aluminium to make a strong statement and connect with the tech industry of the Koko company.
The lighting system follow the same logic of simplicity and enlight the minimalist approach of the whole design.
All the furniture and details has been designed speceficly for the project to make it unique.
